A waterfront Mid Century Modern ranch is a rare find in Maine. The James & Nold team, along with Tyler Karu Design & Interiors, took Ox Point down to the studs and developed a new floor plan to maximize the spacious footprint.
The design plan recalls original Mid Century details, including terrazzo floors, walnut casework, and a living room wet bar. Construction on this project was approached from a restoration and optimization standpoint. We took an architecturally unique sixty year old home and ensured that it had all of the amenities of 2020’s living.
